Every pregnant person is different, which is why Peaceful Strength offers several service tiers that range in price, customizability, and duration.
Birth Plan Consultation - $200
Whether you’re giving birth at home or in a traditional hospital setting, making a birth plan can help you feel more prepared and confident when laboring towards welcoming your baby into the world.
A comprehensive birth plan can help you and your partner walk into your birth space feeling confident and better prepared for the exciting journey ahead. If you don't know your options for labor and birth, the hospital will make these choices for you based on their policies, which may result in more medical interventions and interruptions. I believe it is important that you and your partner feel involved in the decision-making during this special time.
A birth plan also takes the pressure off having to make important decisions quickly during labor. You may feel more at ease if you and your care provider can reference your birth plan. However, it is still important to appreciate that a birth plan is not set in stone. Having realistic and flexible expectations for your labor will increase your chances of being satisfied with your birth experience.

One-on-one 2 hour virtual session to create your birth plan: We will discuss how to have realistic and flexible expectations for your birth and how to integrate them into your birth plan.

Comprehensive personalized birth plan to show care providers: From how you want to work through early labor to any important cultural or religious considerations and rituals, your birth plan will help you communicate your values and wishes to care providers and staff.

Additional resources to help you before and during labor: Along with the consultation, I will also send you several resources for before and during labor to help you feel more prepared and informed.

Time to address any birth-related questions and concerns: Is there anything you’re particularly worried about? Do you have questions about how to communicate your needs to care providers or birth companions? Ask away!

Birth partners welcomed!: Just like parenting, birth is a team effort. Having the person you love the most involved every step of the way will help bring you closer together as you enter this new stage of life.
Lotus Doula Services - $1400
The lotus represents strength, resilience, fertility, and rebirth. While laboring leads to the birth of a child, it also results in the rebirth of the parents: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through multiple prenatal and postnatal sessions and 24/7 support via email and phone after 36 weeks, we will work together to prepare for this special time. I believe that information is key when demystifying labor and birth, and will help provide the resources you need to better understand what to expect from pregnancy and labor.

Two in-home prenatal appointments to discuss and prepare for labor: We will go over your hopes, concerns, and walk through our plan for once we enter your birth space. I will also provide several resources.

Birth plan consultation included during first prenatal appointment: Having a realistic and flexible birth plan for you and your care providers to reference will help you feel more “in control” of your birth journey.

24/7 availability and support via text, phone, and email from 36 weeks: We will also have a phone call before and after your doctor’s appointments to go over what to expect and what questions to ask.

Physical and emotional support during labor, including when laboring at home if desired: Every labor is different. We will come to a conclusion together regarding when you need my support.

Photos/videos of labor and birth taken on your phone or camera: To respect your privacy, I will not take any photos on my personal phone.

One in-home postnatal appointment to discuss and nurture your birth memories: A concluding appointment will help you and your partner process the birth in a safe, validating environment.
Orchid Doula Services - $1700
Don’t be fooled by an orchid’s delicate blooms, these tropical plants can live up to a century and represent prosperity, complexity, and fertility.
The Orchid Doula Services package offers more one-on-one time where I can listen and support you and your partner, offer more personalized information, and help prepare for your ideal birth. The package also includes an additional postnatal visit so we can discuss your birth satisfaction in more depth.

Three in-home prenatal appointments to discuss and prepare for labor: We will go over your hopes, concerns, and walk through our plan for once we enter your birth space. Along with providing several resources, I will be available to attend one doctor’s appointment with you in lieu of an in-home prenatal.
